There is something especially meaningful about the night before a wedding – when everything is still ahead, and the people who matter most gather close. Abbie and Chris welcomed their family and friends to Poco Fiasco for a rehearsal dinner that felt easy, joyful, and full of anticipation.
The evening unfolded slowly, with cold martinis in hand and pizza passed around the table. Laughter carried easily between conversations, the kind that comes from years of knowing and loving one another. It was simple in the best way – no rush, no pressure, just time to be together and settle into the weekend ahead.
The space was lightly adorned with a few bud vases of florals, understated and thoughtful. We slipped away for a few quiet moments to capture Abbie and Chris sitting together at the bar – a set of portraits that felt true to the night, relaxed and unhurried, just the two of them soaking it all in. Guests lingered, chatting and embracing, savoring the chance to be together before the celebration to come.
The next day, they would be married at Marie Gabrielle Restaurant and Gardens, a beautiful continuation of a weekend centered on love, family, and the beginning of their marriage.
It was a gentle, joyful beginning – a night that held both gratitude for what has been and excitement for what is about to unfold.
