Meredith & Jack’s Wedding at HPUMC & The Rosewood Mansion | Dallas Wedding Photographer

Meredith and Jack’s wedding weekend was one I’ve looked forward to since their engagement session at the Dallas Arboretum. After spending time with them there – and again at their rehearsal dinner at Avra Dallas – it was such a joy to photograph the day they officially became husband and wife.

They were married at Highland Park United Methodist Church, a Dallas landmark that never goes out of style. Meredith carried a bouquet of white tulips and lily of the valley, and the blue and white color palette felt classic from beginning to end. The day had an unmistakable sense of gratitude to it. Meredith and Jack had walked through more together than many couples do before marriage, and being surrounded by the people who had supported them made the celebration feel especially meaningful.

After the ceremony, everyone gathered at the Rosewood Mansion for the reception. Garden Gate filled the space with timeless florals, candlelight warmed every table, and the Mansion was the perfect backdrop for such an elegant evening.

One of my favorite moments came during cocktail hour when we went outside for a few portraits around the property. Those few quiet minutes right before the reception are often some of my favorites. The timeline slows down, the nerves are gone, and couples finally have a chance to simply be together before heading back to celebrate with everyone they love.

Meredith and Jack’s wedding was timeless in every sense. Beautiful venues, thoughtful details, and an incredible vendor team certainly played a part, but what I’ll remember most is the quiet steadiness they brought to the day and the obvious care they have for one another. It was an honor to document this season of their story.
