Nina and Quan’s Highland Park engagement session was such a sweet glimpse into the love they share and the joy waiting for them at their wedding next October at Christ the King Catholic Church and the Dallas Country Club. We spent the afternoon wandering through Flippen Park and Prather Park, two timeless and romantic spots in Dallas. With soft light filtering through the trees and the prettiest late fall glow, every moment felt peaceful, natural, and full of tenderness.
These two have such an easy connection. The way Quan makes Nina laugh, the way she gently leans into him, the way they seem to relax the second they’re together – it all made the session feel effortless. We lingered by the fountain at Flippen Park, wandered through quiet paths in Prather Park, and paused in pockets of golden light that made everything feel a little extra magical.
It’s so special to think about how these images will lead into their wedding day next fall. The elegance of Christ the King, the classic beauty of the Dallas Country Club, and the deep love these two share will make for the most meaningful celebration. I can already imagine the joy, the laughter, and the way their families will come together to honor the beginning of their marriage. This season is such a gift, and I’m so grateful to help preserve it for them.
Nina and Quan, thank you for inviting me into this chapter of your story. I hope these photographs always remind you of the quiet sweetness of this season and the excitement of everything that’s ahead. You two are such a joy, and I can’t wait for your wedding day.
