Today, I am so excited to officially announce the launch of my new SKP brand and website.

For years, I have had the privilege of documenting some of life’s most meaningful moments – wedding days filled with joy, anticipation, and the beginning of a new chapter. But what has made this work most meaningful to me has never been the wedding day alone.

It’s what comes after.

Many of the couples I photograph return years later for anniversary sessions, growing families, and the countless milestones that follow the celebration. Over time, those relationships become one of the greatest gifts of this work. I have the honor of not only documenting a wedding day, but also preserving the story of a marriage as it unfolds through the years.

Because of that, I have always approached photography with a perspective that extends far beyond a single day. The images we create now may one day sit framed in a home, passed down through generations, or be pulled from an album decades later by children and grandchildren who want to see where their story began.

That philosophy is at the heart of the newly refined SKP brand.

Every element of this rebrand was intentionally designed to reflect the enduring beauty of marriage, family, and legacy.

The color palette introduces rich evergreen tones, chosen for their quiet symbolism. Evergreen trees remain vibrant through every season, steadfast and enduring. They felt like a fitting reflection of the marriages and families these photographs celebrate.

Throughout the brand, you’ll also notice the use of oval shapes inspired by vintage family frames. For generations, those frames have held treasured portraits and heirloom photographs that become part of a family’s visual history.

Our signature ornate frame incorporates symbols from each season of the year, representing the many seasons of life that couples move through together. Seasons of celebration and growth. Seasons of waiting and change. Seasons that shape a family and deepen a marriage over time.

A small floral motif appears throughout the brand as well. It includes five flowers, each representing a quality I hope every valued relationship is filled with throughout the years: grace, adventure, wisdom, joy, and resilience.

While weddings remain the central focus of my work, my greatest privilege is continuing to photograph the marriages and lives that grow from them. My legacy clients – the couples and families I have the honor of serving year after year – are truly the heart of SKP. Enduring relationships and trust create space for meaningful photographs that tell the story of a family’s legacy.

As SKP continues to grow, my hope remains unchanged.

I hope the photographs we create together will feel just as meaningful decades from now as they do today. That they will become treasured heirlooms, preserving not only how life looked, but how it felt. And that generations from now, they will continue telling the story of the love, commitment, and legacy that began long before.
