There is something quietly beautiful about watching a family’s story blossom over time, and Brody’s in-home newborn session was a perfect reminder of that gift. From his earliest, sleepy yawns to the way his big brother’s and sister’s eyes light up when he’s near, these images hold the tender beginnings of a new chapter right in the place they live and love. From welcoming their first newborn son, to celebrating the arrival of their daughter, and now documenting their third child, another sweet baby boy, it has been an honor to be invited back again and again during some of their most meaningful seasons. There is a depth of trust and ease that only grows with time, and looking through these photos I see it woven into every moment we captured.

What I love most about in-home sessions is how they tell the story of your life exactly as it feels. The soft light on a nursery wall, a quiet cuddle on the bed, laughter and giggles and tickles, the way little fingers curl around a parent’s hand – these are the memories that become heirlooms. They reach beyond today and hold meaning for tomorrow.

Being welcomed into the places where life actually happens, and being trusted to preserve it, is something I truly never take for granted. Thank you for letting me walk beside you through these seasons, and for letting me document how your family grows in love, grace, and joy.
