Lauren & Kevin’s beautiful Highland Park Presbyterian Church wedding was lovely, intimate, and intentional. From the beautiful ceremony in Wynne Chapel to the dinner party reception at Sixty Vines Crescent Court, there were so many special moments to document! This couple is a special one – endlessly kind, beautiful, and constantly laughing. There was SO much joy on their wedding day, and I think you’ll see it in the images of their Dallas wedding below!
From the very first time I met Lauren and Kevin, their joy and warmth were unmistakable. Their wedding day at Highland Park Presbyterian Church and the reception at Sixty Vines at Crescent Court in Dallas was a beautiful reflection of their relationship – intentional, intimate, heartfelt, full of laughter, and deeply rooted in their faith and community. As a Dallas wedding photographer, it’s truly an honor to document moments that feel this treasured and meaningful.
The day began in the intimate Wynne Chapel of Highland Park Presbyterian Church, a classic and elegant church known for its rich history and beautiful worship spaces. As guests gathered in Wynne Chapel, the morning light filtered through stained glass windows, creating a gentle glow that perfectly set the tone for the ceremony. Lauren and Kevin exchanged vows surrounded by family and friends who have been part of their journey, and their ceremony was filled with sincerity and love. It was one of those moments where you could feel the depth of commitment in every glance and every smile.
After the ceremony, we took a few moments for bridal and couple portraits around the church grounds. Lauren’s bridal portraits were especially magical in the soft afternoon light. Every detail – from her gown to the delicate florals – spoke to her refined and timeless taste. There were so many candid moments that will forever stand out, like the way Kevin looked at Lauren when she walked toward him, and the quiet laughter they shared just moments before walking back down the aisle as newlyweds.
The celebration continued that evening at Sixty Vines at Crescent Court’s intimate Greenhouse – a stunning restaurant venue in downtown Dallas known for its elevated wine experience and welcoming atmosphere. Sixty Vines provided an unforgettable setting for the couple’s dinner party reception, where everyone enjoyed delicious food, meaningful toasts, and lively conversation. With its warm lighting and intimate feel, Crescent Court blended sophistication with comfort in a way that perfectly matched Lauren and Kevin’s vision for the night.
Guests lingered over drinks and laughter, and every moment felt relaxed yet refined. It was the kind of celebration where old friends reconnected, family shared stories, and everyone felt fully present in the joy of this couple’s new beginning. Being able to capture those fleeting, authentic moments – the stolen glances between Lauren and Kevin, the joyful tears during speeches, and the playful dancing at the end of the night – is truly why I love documenting weddings in Dallas so much.
Looking back at Lauren and Kevin’s wedding photos now, I’m reminded not just of how beautiful everything looked, but how deeply their love was woven into every part of the day. From the heartfelt church ceremony to the beautifully curated dinner and reception, this was a celebration that felt purposeful, personal, and full of joy.
