Oh, how much I love newborn lifestyle sessions. The intimacy of a session in your own home, with your people, snuggling and laughing and being together in the place that you do life together… it’s just about as cozy & joy-filled as it gets.
And when the newborn lifestyle session is for a family I love dearly, it’s even better! These people are my people – the Driver fam is every bit as wonderful in person as they look in these images. I’ve gotten to see the two older boys begin to grow up and become big brothers to baby Isaiah, seen Mary and Jimmy handle parenting with grace and wisdom, and loved every second of learning from their family.
Matt and I have been in a homegroup with the Drivers for three years, and Mary is a wedding photographer (she mentored me and taught me so much when I first began my business… she is incredible!!), and so having these five (THREE BOYS!!) in front of my camera is an honor and such a privilege.
